We are a Freestyle School taking the concepts of Jeet Kune Do and blending Boxing, Kickboxing, Eskrima/Kali and Silat.
Last but not least we utilise “The Approach” a Reality Based Self-Defence. All the best parts of Martial Arts under one roof.

It’s easy to book a trial with Martial Movement 360, book a FREE taster session at https://martialmovement360.co.uk/timetable/ after your taster session you can decide to become a member or not.

Once booked, you have already reserved your taster session and we will see you in your chosen class. You would have received a confirmation email outlining the details of your booking.

For your trial you will not need any special equipment, wear anything you feel comfortable in for exercise. T-shirt, leggings, jogging bottoms, shorts, socks, trainers, pumps… that sort of thing. Oh, and bring a bottle of water.

Yes. Safety is a priority at Martial Movement 360. All Instructors are Enhanced CRB checked and fully first aid qualified.

Pretty much any age from 7 – 74 years old (and beyond). We have specialist classes for all ages and abilities. You’re never too old to get started!

You don’t have to be fit to get fit. We have classes for all levels of fitness and you can work at your own pace. Hardest part is getting started, you’ve just got to do it! You can try it out for FREE with us too!

We aim to have a good mix of male and female members, about 50/50 in fact. Helps create a great atmosphere.

Your first one is FREE. After that, it depends how many classes you want to attend weekly.

Yes, Martial Movement 360 has a yearly membership and insurance premium of £60 for adults and £40 for children. This is due on sign up and renewed annually (This is subject to change in line with insurance policies).

Absolutely not. When you join you simply pay for 1 month in advance via direct debit. This is all set up for you after your FREE trial. All we ask is that you give us one month’s notice should you feel the need to cancel or suspend your membership.

We offer a 10% discount on annual membership paid in advance.

Once you’re a member we ask you invest in the school uniform for the classes. You will also need to start collecting your sparring equipment.

Safety/Sparring equipment can consist of: Head guard, Boxing/Bag Gloves, Focus Pads, Gum shield, Breast protection for females, Groin guard, Shin pads and Kick boots. This is all mandatory for contact training and is part of our insurance policy to keep all our members safe. We aim for all new members to have this equipment within the first couple of weeks.

At Martial Movement 360 we offer a Freestyle grading syllabus and grade 3 to 4 times a year. This does not mean one student will grade in all the gradings as our grading is related to amount of time training and the ability, effort and progress of the student. We are a black belt academy and only grade to a high standard. Childrens gradings start from £15 and Adult gradings from £25 and gradually increase over your journey. The first grading will take approx. 1hour, as you go up the grades the time in grading increases.
